Return Policy

At Panda Boxing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your gloves, you can return them under the conditions below.

14-Day Return Window

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery as long as the gloves are:

  • Completely intact

  • Not worn or used

  • Free of damage

  • Returned in their original condition

How to Return Your Gloves

  1. Pack the gloves securely and neatly.

  2. Include a note with your full name, contact details, and order number.

  3. Ship the package (at your own cost) to our Purmerend pickup point:
    Address will be provided after contacting us.

  4. CLEARLY MARK THE PACKAGE AS  “RETURNED GOOD”!!

Once we receive and inspect the returned gloves, your refund will be processed.

IMPORTANT: If you are returning an item from outside the Netherlands (or the EU), you must clearly declare the shipment as a return to avoid additional customs charges.

Please follow these instructions carefully:


  • Clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods”
  • Include the original invoice or order confirmation inside the package
  • State the reason for return (e.g. “Customer Return”)
  • Use the correct customs form (CN22 or CN23, depending on your carrier)
  • Declare the value as the original purchase value (not €0)
  • Include the original tracking number or order number if possible

If the return shipment is not properly declared as a return, customs authorities may treat it as a new import. This can result in additional import duties, VAT, and handling fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
